Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RugTruth website, analytics dashboard, Chrome extension, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services. RugTruth provides on-chain analytics and forensic tools for Solana tokens. All data presented is derived from public blockchain sources. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees regarding token performance.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: - Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its underlying infrastructure. - Use automated scraping, bots, or scripts to extract data at volumes that impair service availability. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Chrome extension or any part of the Services. - Use the Services to promote, coordinate, or facilitate fraudulent or illegal activity on any blockchain network.

Certain features of RugTruth — including the analytics dashboard — require you to create an account. Authentication is provided through Supabase (https://supabase.com), an independent backend platform acting as our authentication processor. By creating an account, you agree that: - You will provide a valid email address and choose a sufficiently strong password, or sign in using a supported third-party identity provider (such as Google). - You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. - You will notify us immediately at hello@rugtruth.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. - You will not create accounts using automated means, false identities, or another person's information without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or pose a security risk to other users or the platform. Account data is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Supabase's terms (https://supabase.com/terms) apply to the underlying authentication infrastructure, but your contractual relationship for the RugTruth Services is solely with RugTruth.

RugTruth operates a referral program ("Share RugTruth") that allows eligible users to earn a complimentary 7-day Pass by inviting new users to sign up. Eligibility and Participation - You must have a valid RugTruth account to receive a referral code. - Your referral link is personal and non-transferable. Referral Qualification - Only signups that complete registration through your unique referral link count toward your total. - Each referred signup must originate from a distinct IP address. Multiple signups from the same IP address will be disqualified. - Self-referrals, bot-generated signups, or any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension. Reward Claim and Verification - Once your referral link achieves 10 qualified signups, you may submit a reward claim through your account. - All claims are subject to manual verification by the RugTruth team. - We reserve the right to deny any claim if we determine, in our sole discretion, that referrals were obtained through artificial, deceptive, or abusive means. - Upon approval, the 7-day Pass will be activated on your account. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Program Changes - We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

All information provided by RugTruth is for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on this site or in the extension constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and token trading involve substantial risk of loss. RugTruth does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, and that RugTruth shall not be liable for any losses incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RugTruth and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us for the Services in the preceding 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
